Executive Format Master of Science in Leadership

The 12-month Master of Science in Leadership is designed to provide motivated mid- to upper-career professionals with an opportunity to gain the leadership competencies, and the ability to apply those competencies, necessary for advancing in this highly competitive and dynamic economy. The focus of this program is on providing a behavior-changing experience aimed at helping participants have a greater impact on their organizations and their industries.

Schedule and Sequence of Courses
Courses are scheduled to meet on alternating Saturdays for a period of one year. Classes are augmented by online instruction.

Executive Format Master of Science in Corporate and Organizational Communication

Developed in collaboration with the Communications Department, Northeastern's 12-month Master of Science in Corporate and Organizational Communication is designed to explore the ways in which communication affects organizational and individual success, and the ways that individuals and organizations can optimize the success of their internal and external communications.
