Bachelor of Science in Leadership

Good leadership is hard to define and even harder to find. Yet, good leadership is as important as is rare, and this degree-completion program is dedicated to enhancing the capacity for leadership and encouraging the development of skills - and the will- to exercise it effectively, ethically, and imaginatively.

Today, across the business world, government, churches, schools, and healthcare system, or civic organizations, inspiring examples of leadership are hard to find. Yet, the stakes could not be higher.

Exercising leadership is challenging. Exercising it to effect positive change is even more challenging. And while there is much debate about whether or not good leadership can be taught, there is not doubt it can be learned.

With a combination of carefully structured curriculum, engaging faculty members, and a cohort team of fellow students, this 18-month program is designed to give you more than a Bachelor of Science degree. It is designed to enhance your leadership skills, your experience, your understanding of leadership, and your capacity to exercise it.
