The College of Professional Studies requires all prospective students to complete an application for admission. We strongly encourage you to complete an online application to ensure accuracy and expedient processing. If, for some reason, you do not have personal access to a computer or the Internet, you may download a PDF of our Application for Admission or ask an Admissions Counselor to assist in completing your application.
All doctorate applications for the winter term (January 11, 2009) received prior to November 23, 2009 will be given “priority status” for review. Applications received after November 23, 2009 may be subject to a decision for the spring term, depending on capacity.”
