Undergraduate Admissions Process

Northeastern University is dedicated to providing access for working professionals, adults, and non-traditional populations to high-quality educational experiences and degree programs. To this end, the College of Professional Studies is an open admissions school and takes an adult-friendly approach to admissions where experience counts. We also strive to make it easy for you to obtain information and assistance throughout the application and registration process.

Applications for admissions are accepted on a rolling basis, offering the opportunity to begin studies at the College of Professional Studies at any term during the year. However, priority application dates are two weeks prior to the start of every quarter (fall, winter, spring, and summer). Students who have application files completed and reviewed after the priority application dates will not be guaranteed full acceptance and may not be eligible for financial aid for the upcoming term.
