The American Sign Language (ASL)-English Interpreting Bachelor's degree prepares students for careers as American Sign Language-English interpreters through extensive exposure to the theory and practice of intercultural communication between deaf and hearing people. Students interested in entry-level staff positions or freelance assignments may also find this program useful when preparing for state quality assurance screening and national evaluation.
