The Bachelor of Science in Information Technology provides students with a strong foundation in both quantitative methods, programming, and technology foundations (database management, operating systems, networks and internet essentials) and the organizational foundations "knowledge and tools" to apply IT broadly in every organization, at every level, and in every domain. It also offers an in-depth introduction to career-focused specialty areas (Web and Multimedia Design, System and Network Administration, and Networking and Security) that fit the backgrounds, interests, and goals of prospective students.
The Bachelor of Science in Information Technology is also available in a 18-month, fast-track format for students transferring into the College of Professional Studies with an associate degree or equivalent credits.
