Graduate Certificate in Adult and Organizational Learning

This six-course certificate is designed to benefit adult educators, corporate trainers, and those who develop or oversee these programs.

This program is an online and on-campus blended format program.

From globalization to technology, economic volatility to talent management, there is an increasing need to educate today’s workforce for competitive advantage. To meet these needs, trainers, executive development professionals, human resource managers, and educators must stay current in adult and organizational learning.

The Adult and Organizational Learning Certificate is designed to provide participants with foundational knowledge in adult learning, needs assessment, and program review. Students will gain expertise and understanding of the methods and models available for instruction, delivery channels, and overall program development.

The Certificate is comprised of 18 credit hours which may be applied toward the Master of Education in Adult and Organizational Learning.
