For more than 40 years, Northeastern University’s College of Professional Studies has offered technical and professional development programs which have aided middle- to senior-level professionals in accomplishing these objectives.

Our programs prepare high-potential supervisors and managers to assume leadership responsibilities. We provide an opportunity for participants to build managerial and leadership competencies needed to have a positive impact on their company’s bottom line. We support organizations in short-, medium-, and long-term initiatives, from planning through implementation. Our goal is to focus management and staff on enabling change rather than impeding it.
