This is an on-campus program.
The Graduate Certificate in Workforce Development is a result of a collaboration between the College of Professional Studies and the Commonwealth Workforce Coalition (CWC). The CWC is a network of community-based workforce development practitioners working to strengthen the capacity of Massachusetts’ community-based education, training, and employment system.
The certificate program addresses the demonstrated need for graduate-level education in the field and meets the needs of both workforce development professionals wishing to advance their careers and career changers. Covering a broad range of topics, this certificate is designed to prepare students for decision making positions in the workforce development industry.
